Take advantage of our free electronic serivces such as 24/7 access to your All American Co-op and Progressive Ag Center, LLC Accounts. The Direct Payment Plan lets you enjoy the convenience of not having to worry if your All American Co-op or Progressive Ag Center, LLC bills getting paid on time. The Direct Deposit Plan for grain checks gives you the peace of mind that your grain checks make it to the bank on time.

  Access Your Account Information 24-Hours a Day
  Take advantage of 24-hour account access with eAgVantage on our website at
www.allamericancoop.com. All American Co-op and Progressive Ag Center, LLC customers are able to access their All American Co-op and Progressive Ag Center, LLC accounts and look up valuable information including:
  • Accounts receivable balances and invoice details.
  • Important grain information such as settlements, open contracts, open loads, and more.
  • Patronage and equity information, including 1099’s.
  • Year-end statements with a list of everything purchased throughout the year.
To receive access to your account online, you must first go to the First Time Login link on the Account Info Page. You will need to know your Account Number, create a password, and fill in the remaining info requested including the last 4 digits of your Tax ID # and your current e-mail address. Direct Deposit of Grain Checks
 Another convenience offered by All American Co-op is the Direct Deposit of grain checks. With this plan your grain checks will be automatically transferred into your bank account the day following your sale. Your settlement sheets will then be mailed to your home address. Direct Payment Plan (ACH Payment)
All American Co-op and Progressive Ag Center, LLC’s Direct Payment Plan gives you the convenience of not having to write out a check, maximizes discounts by automatically withdrawing your bill amount on the 15th of the month, and eliminates the occurrence of finance charges for late payments. You will receive a statement of your account each month electronically. If there’s no discrepancy on your statement, the amount due will be automatically withdrawn from your account on the discount date. If you do find an error or have a question, you need to contact your local All American Co-op or Progressive Ag Center, LLC office no later than 5 business days prior to the withdrawal in order to get any corrections made before the ACH withdrawal on the 15th.

All American Co-op will contact your banking or lending institution to set up the automatic withdrawals from your account or operating line of credit. Your Direct Payment Plan will go into effect on the next billing cycle. The money will be automatically withdrawn on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a holiday or weekend, the payment will be withdrawn on the next business day. The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization. 

If you’re questioning how deferred purchases will be handled, they will be flagged so that those payments are not made until you have acknowledged to us that you want them to be withdrawn. Prepay customers on the other hand, will have to write out an actual check to put toward their account.

     
  Statements and Invoices Sent Via E-mail
Are you tired of getting stacks of paper on your kitchen table? Well, All American Co-op and Progressive Ag Center, LLC offers the convenience of electronic invoices and statements. This is a free service that we offer to you that allows you to get your invoices quicker and saves your cooperative the expense of printing and mailing these items to you.
